The Challenge.
Our client – Wellness Hospitals – was in need of a new website that would better reflect their brand and services. Their current website was outdated and difficult to navigate, which made it hard for potential patients to find the information they needed. Additionally, the website was not mobile-friendly, which was a major concern for the hospital as more and more patients were using their smartphones to search for healthcare services.
Our Solution.
We extensively collaborated with Qressy, a company that develops e-commerce platforms, to understand the client’s requirements and website objectives. Together, we created a website that was easy to use and visually appealing. In order for patients to conveniently access information and book appointments on their cell phones, we also made sure that the website was responsive to mobile devices.
We created a powerful search feature and a clear, structured layout for the website’s content to ensure that patients could locate the information they required quickly and simply. In order to make it simple for patients to make appointments and submit information requests, we also incorporated calls to action throughout across the website.
Additionally, we linked the hospital’s current scheduling software to the website, enabling patients to make appointments online and get email confirmations and reminders.
Impressive results were obtained. Both patients and staff gave the new website positive reviews, and the hospital noticed an increase in online appointment bookings. Additionally, more people are using their cellphones to get information about the hospital and its services thanks to the website’s mobile-friendly design.
