KFC is known for its finger-lickin’ good fried chicken🍗, but what about a Thanksgiving turkey burger? Believe it or not, some customers have been asking for one! KFC, however, is politely but firmly saying “cluck no”

This is because they have taken massive time to master the process of making crispy and juicy chicken throughout, and that’s their specialty. An example is, they can never go wrong with their menu if they decide to maintain their trademark such as not serving turkey burgers that would deviate from their brand identity.

But KFC gets it ✔️✔️✔️

This campaign is their way of being able to say ‘Yes, we have heard the customer’. It’s like that friend whose opinion you value when you try to come up with a stupid idea, and they tell the truth and let out a small chuckle.

Yes, reading between the lines there is a hidden meaning as well. KFC wants to build a relationship with their customers that goes beyond just grabbing a quick bite. They want you to feel like you’re part of the KFC family, and listening (even when they say no) is a big part of that.

So although KFC might not be grilling a turkey zinger this year, it is evident how much KFC appreciates its customers and its clucking good chicken. They might not speak in response, however; assuredly, they will be paying attention.

✨Perhaps, next year they will trick us, and Thanksgiving will become a whole new finger-licking fest!
